“ When our flight to London was cancelled and or arrival re-scheduled I sent an email in order to rearrange the transportation to London. When this email was sent I realised that it could bee too late for new arrangements within just a few hours. So I called your office, and was surprised by the fact that my remail already was read and the case taken care of. See, that you may call being effective and serviceminded!
Our new flight was delayed about 45 minutes and luggage delivery increadibly slow. While travelling towards London we realised, that our driver already was late late to his next customer on LHR - too bad for the next passenger.
We were only two using this car, heading for central London, easily accessible by tube. We appreciate this fast from door to door-service by a comfortable car and a nice professional driver, so this arrangement was very well worth every penny - or nearby every penny: in your price quota you mentioned a "greeting fee". Mentioning such a fee is not very professional.
We did not use this service when returning to LHR, because of certain scheduling problems. But partly because of your upgrading to E-class our experience was surprisingly good, so we will recommend it to others. ”
