“ We had to change our pick up time, easily done with one quick phone call. Driver on time, friendly and helpful; we asked for a washroom break and were accommodated, worry free trip. We especially appreciated the fact that driver was not wearing excessive cologne, I have a severe sensitivity, and this has historically often been a problem. ”
