“ I don't know why it is so hard for hire firms to get the basics right, but I am glad to say that Prompt do exactly this. Confirm the booking, turn up ahead/on time, safe/clean cars, invoice, etc. For business travel, without these basics, the rest is irrelevant. Thanks. ”
