Licensed - We are a fully licensed private hire operator based in London, officially authorized by the Public Carriage Office (PCO) and Transport for London. We comply with all the regulatory requirements set by the PCO.

Drivers – All our drivers are fully licensed by the PCO, thoroughly vetted, and CRB (Criminal Record Bureau) checked. We exclusively work with professional drivers who possess years of experience and uphold high standards of service.

Vehicles – Our fleet predominantly comprises Mercedes, Volkswagen, and BMW vehicles, most of which are under three years old. These vehicles undergo rigorous maintenance, including an MOT (Motor Roadworthiness Test) conducted twice a year, and are regularly cleaned and serviced.

Complaints – We strive to provide services that adhere strictly to our agreed terms of business, minimizing the likelihood of complaints. However, should a complaint arise, our management team takes it seriously and ensures prompt, necessary action.

Booking Records – We maintain comprehensive booking records, including the date, time, and destination of every journey. These records are securely stored on encrypted servers.

Verbal & Physical Abuse – We maintain a zero-tolerance policy toward verbal or physical abuse directed at our drivers or administrative staff. Legal action will be pursued in such cases, and we reserve the right to refuse service to any passenger deemed a safety threat to themselves, our drivers, or others.

(3) Insurance

As part of our licensing process with the PCO and Transport for London, we maintain comprehensive Public Liability Insurance. Additionally, all our drivers carry Private Hire Vehicle (PHV) insurance, ensuring passengers are fully covered in the event of any accidents while traveling with Prompt Airport Cars.
